General Provisions
This Delivery Policy regulates the conditions, terms and procedure of delivery of goods purchased in our online shop. Buying goods on our website, you agree with this Policy.
Delivery geography
We deliver to the whole territory of Armenia, Russia and USA. Please check with our manager by mail

Cost of delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, quantity of items, and delivery region.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the courier process the orders, which takes an additional 1–4 working days.
Shipping time: This is the time it takes to get the goods from our warehouse to their destination. International shipping usually takes about 2 to 7 working days. Orders to the USA and Russia usually take 5 to 20 working days for delivery (after packing and preparation of the goods), but in some rare cases it may take longer.

Registration of delivery
When placing an order, the buyer should provide the exact address, contact details and preferred time of delivery.
Conditions of receipt
– The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or do not correspond to the order, it is necessary to immediately notify the courier and contact our manager.
– If the buyer is not present at the specified address, the courier will make a second attempt at delivery for an additional fee.
Returns and exchanges on delivery
If you wish to return or exchange an item, this is possible in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at manintown.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return of money
We will notify you once we receive and verify your return, informing you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
